2025 Holiday Music Bingo
Friday, December 5th, 2025
Location: 1211 Lindenwood Ave., St. Charles, MO 63301
This year, our club’s board of directors decided to host Holiday Music Bingo as a test to see whether this new fundraiser would be a popular event. Our Club hired “D Fine Events” to run it.
Despite the event attracting only about 50 people, our visitors had a lot of fun. The majority of guests were retirees, but we also had a group of young adults in their late twenties.
Doors opened at 6 pm for people to get tickets for the 50/50 raffle, the Holiday gift cards wreath (from many favorite dining-out places), and raffle gift baskets. Our guests participated in a silent auction, bought mystery gift firecrackers or instant-win scratch cards for a chance to receive a bag of sweets or a gift of their choice. Additionally, a few Music Bingo players decided to participate in our Dessert Contest, and the rest had the pleasure of tasting their sweet creations.

The Holiday Music Bingo started at 7 pm. Beforehand, each participant received a set of unique bingo cards equal to the number of rounds (eight). Two rounds were dedicated to Christmas Music, and the rest to the tunes of the 50th to 70th. Cards were marked with color highlighters instead of the dry beans we originally planned. People used a special app on their phones to tell them whether their card matched the name of the song playing at that moment. Anyone could play that kind of Music Bingo! Up to 3 winners could collect prizes after each round.
There were numerous prizes to choose from, such as puzzles, card games, Bath & Body Works products, Christmas stockings, and more. Between rounds, guests could explore the silent auction and raffle baskets to try their luck at the items they hoped to win. After the first holiday music bingo round, the few lucky guests were surprised with gift card wins.
The event continued, and during the intermission, the next batch of gift card winners was announced, and we all learned that the “Cherry in the Snow” dessert won first place.
Even Diane from “D Fine Events” decided to try her luck with scratch-off cards and won four prizes from the five cards she had purchased. Before the last round, the lucky 50/50, the last six gift cards, the silent auction, and the gift baskets raffle winners were declared. People cheered for everyone who won.
